This is our Flow (Vinyasa Yoga) format slowed down and modified for yoga beginners and those working on their physical and yoga fitness. Also great for those looking to refine their yoga postures and technique.
A gentle yoga practice focused on mindfulness, mobility and strengthening. This practice is suitable for all levels of fitness and yoga skill.
Slow moving yoga class suitable for all levels of fitness. Poses are performed on the floor and are held for 1 - 3 minutes enabling deep release in the muscles and fascia (bodily connective tissue). This class is excellent for everyone, and aids in athletic recovery for athletes. (Heated and unheated) See schedule for current offerings.
Chair Yoga is done while seated, or using a chair to help with balance in standing postures. Chair Yoga uses the same poses or slightly modified poses as regular yoga. Applying the same fundamentals of connecting breath, mind and body as traditional yoga, chair yoga makes the benefits of yoga --improving strength, flexibility, and mindfulness—accessible to all.
